For more than 20 years, I have worked where technology, business, and human behavior intersect - building ventures, launching innovation programs, guiding founders, and helping organizations navigate change. My role is not to apply generic frameworks. It is to understand what is unique about each challenge, identify what truly matters, and create the shortest path from uncertainty to execution.

My background combines computer engineering, behavioral science, marketing, and socioeconomic research - not as credentials, but as different ways of understanding how people, technology, and organizations make decisions.
Throughout my career I have helped build startup accelerators, innovation programs, venture initiatives, communities, and international partnerships. I have worked with organizations including MIT Enterprise Forum, PwC, mBank, Venture Cafe, CIC Warsaw, Startup Grind, and numerous startups, corporations, universities, and public institutions.
Across thousands of conversations with founders, executives, investors, and innovation leaders, I have learned one thing:
