What we collect and why
Website delivery and security
Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request headers, device and browser information, timestamps, and security events to deliver, protect, and operate the website. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure and reliable service.
Enquiries and forms
When you contact us, we process the details you provide, such as your name, email address, topic, timeline, message, and any file you choose to attach, to respond to your request and take steps at your request before a possible engagement. Submissions may be delivered to Google Workspace, Google Sheets, or protected file storage through a server-side integration.
Meeting scheduling
If you use the private scheduling page, Cal.com, Google Calendar, and Google Meet may process your name, email address, chosen time, location, guest addresses, and notes to arrange and administer the meeting. Calendar invitations and confirmation messages are sent as part of that service.
Analytics
Google Analytics is loaded only after you select “Accept” in the cookie notice. It helps us understand aggregate site use and improve the website. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
External and affiliate links
The deals and writing sections may link to third-party websites. Some deal links are affiliate links. The destination service applies its own privacy notice once you follow the link.

You can reject analytics without losing access to the public website. Browser settings can also delete stored cookies and local-storage entries.
Service providers and international transfers
We use Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery, security, and server-side functions; Google Workspace, Calendar, Meet, Sheets, and Analytics for communications, scheduling, form handling, and consented analytics; Cal.com for scheduling; and GitHub as the source and deployment repository. Website fonts are served locally and do not require a request to Google Fonts. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area and use their applicable transfer safeguards, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where required.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond, manage a relationship, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Calendar and meeting records are retained according to operational and legal needs. Provider security logs and consented analytics follow the relevant provider settings. We apply access controls, HTTPS, protected server-side integrations, and data-minimisation measures.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact ahmad@piraiee.com to exercise a right. You may also lodge a complaint with Poland's supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), at uodo.gov.pl.

We do not sell personal data or use it for automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects. We may update this notice when the website, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
